 Research Summary

Sebastien Heinis is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Physics and Astronomy of the Johns Hopkins University. He studies the evolution of star-forming galaxies, primarily the clustering properties of ultraviolet-selected galaxies at low redshifts, mainly from GALEX and SDSS data. These studies help determine regions of the dark matter density field where actively star-forming galaxies lie.
