Research Summary

Knox Long is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Physics and Astronomy of the Johns Hopkins University, and an astronomer at the Space Telescope Science Institute. His research is in experimental astrophysics, patricularly involving cataclysmic variables, galactic and extragalactic supernova remnants, x-ray properties of normal galaxies, and space-based instrumentation.
