Postdoctoral Position on Cosmology Large Angular Scale Surveyor (CLASS) Research

Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position for research on the Cosmology Large Angular Scale Surveyor (CLASS).  CLASS is a project to determine the energy scale of inflation by way of Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) polarization measurements on the largest angular scales.  The position offers opportunities to develop CMB Instrumentation, deploy CLASS to the Atacama Desert in Chile and analyze the resulting data.  Research will be carried out with Prof. Charles Bennett, Prof. Tobias Marriage and CLASS collaborators at the Johns Hopkins University Department of Physics and Astronomy.  Complete applications including a CV, list of publications, research statement and three letters of recommendation, received by 31 December 2012 will receive full consideration.
