While the University is currently unable to offer graduate student housing in our campus owned and operated residences, we do offer assistance in helping graduate students find housing in the area. The housing available ranges from row houses to modern high-rise apartment buildings and shopping is conveniently located in the area.
The Off-Campus Housing Office provides comprehensive services to students. Up-to-date listings on various types of living accommodations, information about surrounding neighborhoods, tenants' rights information and advice on what to look for when searching for a residence can all be found on the website at www.jhu.edu/hds/offcampus. The spaces posted for rent or purchase on this website are only accessible to individuals associated with Johns Hopkins, so many landlords who post with us do so with the hope of attracting graduate students or medical personnel. Students are also welcome to stop by the Off-Campus Housing Office located in Wolman Hall, room 102 where the staff would be happy to speak to you. Also available in the office are computers, maps, and additional area resources to help you in your search. Office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5 pm.
